The hotel was relaxing and fairly clean with gorgeous views of the mountains. The room was huge and extremely spacious, which made the experience great. The location was favourable and incredible, very close to the centre of Vicuña village. It also was on the roof terrace looking at the mountains.

Modern hotel, the staff were all top-class and excellent and the location was excellent in the centre of Vicuña village. Location: the venue was near the Andes foothills. I had coffee at Cafe Frida, located within 5 minutes walk.

Located in the heart of a charming town, this hotel offers spacious and well-decorated rooms with excellent beds. Guests can enjoy a continental breakfast and even try a variety of local drinks. The rooftop bar is a great place to relax after a long day and look at the beautiful view of the Andes.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Terral Hotel & Spa in Vicuna for a business trip, chosen by my director. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was that the air conditioning was not working, despite the high temperature.

We had a wonderful stay at a very comfortable hotel with a prime location in the center of Vicuna. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The pool area was lovely and provided a tranquil retreat. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection, although the emphasis on desserts was a bit unusual. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the bar not always being open as advertised and the air conditioning malfunctioning, our overall experience at Terral Hotel & Spa was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and attentive staff. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay in Vicuna.

Spending a weekend in this boutique hotel was great! The rooftop bar was definitely one of the best aspects of our stay, with an amazing view of the mountains and great drinks. The location was perfect, with easy access to explore the surrounding areas and enjoy the local restaurants. Another advantage was the outdoor pool with comfortable chairs to relax and sunbathe on.

The staff at the front desk left a bit to be desired. The check-in process felt very procedural and unwelcoming, the swimming pool had only a limited number of sun beds to use, and the front desk staff was not very knowledgeable about the local observatories.

Had a nice weekend break, with plenty to do around the area, including sightseeing and adventure activities. We appreciated the complementary car parking and Wi-Fi. The location was perfect, as it was in the heart of the town and close to restaurants and shops. The rooftop bar was a real hit, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere.
